Acetal Wheel Conveyor Pieces

In this project, we processed 1" thick acetal, a thermoplastic material, which is the strongest and hardest of all thermoplastics. The finished product was to be used as a wheel conveyer under a belt to act much like a roller. The material gets waterjet cut, drilled, tapped, and machined.
