Materials For Processing
At FedTech, we take pride in our extensive selection of materials. If we do not have the material you need processed, we will source it, nationwide. While the competition may be unable to provide all the required materials, we at FedTech know where to get it and how to run your job efficiently and inexpensively. These capabilities account for faster turnaround, high quality parts, and a way for your company to save time and money with all the right materials. Contact us and experience the "can do" attitude of FedTech! Or visit our " thickness" page to see the thick materials we've processed in previous projects.

Waterjet Cutting
The jet stream generated by waterjet cutting is capable of cutting material from .0005" thick up to 12" thick. Each waterjet cutting machine at FedTech is equipped with multiple cutting heads as well. Our abrasive waterjet can even pierce or drill holes as small as .030" in diameter (0.004" for water jet cutting without abrasive). FedTech's abrasive waterjet cutting utilizes a high velocity, coherent stream of water and abrasive that can be used to process or cut most materials including: stainless steel, carbon steel, all tool steels, titanium, aluminum, marble, granite, glass, brass, plastics, rubber, armor plate, wood, Kevlar, UHMW, phenolic, all foams, ceramics, ceramic tile, copper and even Hastelloy.
Industrial Laser Cutting
Industrial laser cutting is an efficient option for small to large quantities along with irregular shaped parts. Laser cutting eliminates costly tooling charges and provides a fast turnaround for your parts. At FedTech, we offer complete laser metal cutting services. We have the capability to process materials such as: Acrylic,Hastelloy, Stainless Steel (SST), Aluminum, Titanium, Wood, Carbon Steel, etc. By using industrial laser cutting, we are able to help you meet fast-approaching deadlines while still producing quality products and staying cost-effective.
